Reviewer Policy

The journal is committed to maintaining a fair, objective, and timely peer-review process. Reviewers play a vital role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and scientific value of published research.

Reviewer Selection

Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, research experience, and subject knowledge. They are expected to provide unbiased and constructive evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

Confidentiality

All manuscripts received for review are confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, or use any information from the manuscript for personal or professional advantage.

Objectivity

Reviews should be conducted objectively, fairly, and respectfully. Comments should focus on the scientific quality of the work and avoid personal criticism of the authors.

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could influence their assessment. If a conflict exists, the reviewer should decline the review invitation.

Timeliness

Reviewers are expected to accept or decline review invitations promptly and submit their reviews within the requested timeframe. If additional time is required, reviewers should inform the editorial office.

Ethical Responsibilities

Reviewers should identify possible ethical concerns, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, or unethical research practices, and report them to the editor.

Review Recommendations

Reviewers are asked to provide clear recommendations based on the manuscript's originality, scientific quality, methodology, ethical compliance, presentation, and relevance to the journal. Recommendations may include:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Reviewers must not upload confidential manuscripts or identifiable manuscript content into publicly available artificial intelligence (AI) tools or services. AI may only be used in accordance with the journal's confidentiality and data protection requirements, and reviewers remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their review.

Recognition

The journal appreciates the valuable contributions of reviewers. Reviewer identities remain confidential unless an alternative review model is explicitly adopted by the journal.

Editorial Decision

Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the assigned handling editor after considering all reviewer comments and editorial evaluation.

The journal expects all reviewers to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct throughout the peer-review process.
