Editorial Policy

The journal is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access publication committed to publishing high-quality, original, and ethically conducted research. The Editorial Board maintains complete independence in all editorial decisions and ensures that every manuscript is evaluated fairly, objectively, and without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, race, religion, or political beliefs.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, significance, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance of the submitted manuscript. Neither the publisher nor any external organization influences editorial decisions.

Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Editors make the final decision based on reviewers' comments and the overall quality of the manuscript.

Editorial Decision

After peer review, manuscripts may receive one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

Authors are informed of the editorial decision along with reviewers' comments whenever applicable.

Ethical Standards

The journal adheres to internationally accepted publication ethics. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout the publication process.

Conflict of Interest

Editors must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where such conflicts exist. Manuscripts with editorial conflicts are assigned to another qualified editor.

Confidentiality

Editors and reviewers treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents. Information obtained during the review process is not disclosed to anyone other than those directly involved in the editorial process.

Research Integrity

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, image manipulation, or other forms of research misconduct. Suspected ethical concerns are investigated according to established editorial procedures, and appropriate corrective actions, including rejection or retraction, may be taken.

Corrections and Retractions

When necessary, the journal publishes corrections, errata, expressions of concern, or retractions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.

Open Access Policy

All published articles are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication without subscription or registration barriers. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles in accordance with the journal's licensing terms.

Appeals and Complaints

Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed explanation with supporting evidence. Appeals and complaints are reviewed independently by the Editor-in-Chief or an appropriate editorial committee. The decision reached after review is considered final.

The Editorial Board is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the quality and integrity of published content.
  • Ensuring a fair, timely, and unbiased peer-review process.
  • Upholding ethical publishing standards.
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality of manuscripts.
